Yeah I have never heard of this test sorry, either has my Japanese partner.
Personally I had a textbook preparing for that test at some point but I've never tried to pass it since I've never seen it as a requirement in job offers or heard of it anywhere in companies. From a personal point of view the level is not so hard if you already have JLPT N1 so it wasn't satisfying studying material either 😅 I would love to hear about your stories about this test!
