If you're using Japanese rice, make sure that it gets cooked properly.
Thanks ! There are other ways to prepare this dish with a more flavorful taste. You could fry the chicken separately until both sides of the chicken are brown, sliced them up if you want so that the juices from meat drip into the rice mixture when its time for baking. Cooking up the vegetables to soften them is also a good idea. You can also put celery, carrots, green peas in it.
