In Asukusa, I bought some chopsticks with my name engraved into the chopsticks in Katakana. I could also choose the color and the design, it was very customizable, and makes a great gift! The shop name is called ’Morita.’
¥100 shops can have a lot of good souvenirs. Mount Fuji decorated stickers, and at times socks and dishes. Sushi looking keychains, foldable fans, even sleeves to purchase for your fan. I always get things there for family to send home. They love the cute socks and the unique types of stickers you can't get in other countries.
@Mitsuki45 oh yeah that's a good one! Very Japan inspired goods and at a low price because it gets expensive when you want to bring souvenirs to all of your family members and friends 😂
I always bring green tea cookies back as souvenirs. There is this really good shop in Kyoto called Malebranche that you can only get in Japan. These cookies are to die for.
Don Quihote store in Shibuya has a lot of cool souvenirs. The store is also open 24 hours a day. The t-shirt with sushi dishes in Japanese and English seems to be quite popular. Wear it the next time you go to a sushi place and just point to sushi dish pic on the t-shirt:)

Toy collections. Anime action figures!

I went back to Don Quihote store last week and found some new interesting souvenirs. Be sure to check out the sushi clock.
