There are so many places from which you can view iconic Mount Fuji. Autumn mornings and evenings can be good times to spy it. Between October and February you might be able to spy Diamond Fuji, the sun rising or setting directly on the peak. Which places do you recommend, near or far? I caught a glimpse while crossing the Edo River on the Tobu Noda Line/Tobu Urban Park Line.
