Wow there were so many ppl. I went out for Halloween 2021 too but there were no one in the streets and in the bars... It was so surprising to see these usually busy at night streets so empty 😱 on the other side ppl at bars didn't exactly keep their masks on and apply other anti covid measures so I guess it was less risk if less ppl.
