Rainy season is upon us and the ajisai, hydrangeas like it! It appears that the Weather News website has a page for the current blooming conditions. You can see their page with recommended spots and blooming conditions.
Many of the varieties are originally from mainland Asia and some are native to Japan. One of my favorites is a North American variety, the oakleaf hydrangea, that thrives here in the rainy season.
Are hydrangea lifting your spirits in this gloomy season? Please share!
