It is hard to find ricotta cheese in Japan but you can use cottage cheese instead. You can get cottage cheese and big supermarkets such as AEON. It got the lasagna noodles from an import store called JUPITER. It took about 1.5 hours to make.

I don't make lasagna often but I've never tried with cottage cheese. I always make white sauce myself amd don't use cheese (or only for the upper layer). Looks yummy btw 😋
