I wonder, are there regional differences in the reading of that expression? My dictionary says ikidomari, and I somehow got in the habit of saying yukidomari and nobody blinks an eye.
FYI, I picked up some dialect quirks from Kansai and now live close to Ibaraki which has a range of dialect usage.
