I think it’s a little early. Maybe wait one or two more weeks if you want to see more yellow and red than green.

Hondoji Temple in Matsudo City, Chiba Prefecture this weekend. While it has a lot of color, the momiji have yet to turn, so you still have time to visit.

It's lovely. Here in Nagoya I'm afraid the leaves have mostly fallen: we went to the park yesterday and the ginkgo lost their leaves..some momiji were still there tho but I could feel Winter time coming...

The Kanto region is a few weeks ahead of Kansai where you are. Give it a few weeks and you'll see momiji!
