I didn't have pineapple this time but the vinegar and brown sugar made up for it!
Cut small chicken chunks and put them in flour and cornstarch with some salt then beat egg. Dip the chicken in the egg batter and then deep fry.
I used mixed peppers, onions, garlic power because I ran out of real garlic.
sauce: ketchup, brown sugar, vinegar, water, soy sauce and pinch of salt and black pepper.
You will need to fry the veggies and get them softened. Add the the chicken balls then the sauce. Add enough ketchup with vinegar to get it to the sweet and sour taste. Hold off on the sugar but add some extra to your desired taste.
To get the sauce thick, add mix cornstarch and some water. Keep mixing everything. Enjoy!
