Sorry for the bad quality but I wanted to share with you this easy lazy but yummy recipe.

It's steamed eggplant with a miso sauce from the supermarket.

I find steamed eggplant very sweet and the texture and taste is very different from stir fried eggplant for example.

I used the sauce called かけてみそ but any similar sauce would do.

Oh the dish is inspired by 茄子田楽 nasu dengaku😊
